Belle Reve Care Center

Belle Reve provides both short and long term skilled nursing care. This highly regarded 30-bed unit offers safety and comfort as well as excellent medical care. The facility is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, supervised by physicians and administered by registered nurses on duty 24 hours a day. Additionally, there are licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants who provide the excellent care that has given Belle Reve Care Center our outstanding reputation in the tri-state area.

Short Term Care

For a patient who needs short-term rehabilitation or recuperation after a hospital stay, surgery, injury or illness, Belle Reve is the ideal place to regain strength and health in order to return home. For a resident of the Belle Reve Health Care Center, our skilled unit provides a familiar setting with friends nearby and 24-hour medical supervision. Discharge planning coordination by the Director of Social Services assures that the needs of the resident are met both during the resident's stay at Belle Reve and for his or her future health and well being. Care plan and family meetings are held to facilitate communication and arrange for post-

discharge services.

Long Term Care

The skilled nursing facility staff prides itself on its dedication to the care, comfort and excellent medical attention to our long-term patients. Our dietician supervises the preparation of meals, and special menus are prepared and provided whenever needed. Both physical and cognitive recreational activities, such as exercises and bingo, are provided to encourage patients to remain as active as possible. On-site rehabilitation services are available for physical, occupational and speech therapy up to seven days a week.
