Prices vary according to suite or room accommodations. There is a one-time community fee equal to one month’s rent due prior to move-in for permanent residents of Belle Reve Care Center.

Services included in the Monthly Rate:

·        All meals served in the dining room
·        Weekly housekeeping
·        Laundering of bed and bath linens
·        Scheduled shopping trips
·        24-hour response system
·        Fire and smoke alarms
·        Maintenance of the building and grounds
·        Outdoor environment for relaxation
·        Utilities including water, electricity, individually controlled heat and air conditioning
·        Recreational activities program including transportation
·        Family dining area and coffee room with big-screen television for special family gatherings
·        Social activities, lectures and movies
·        Laundry facilities and laundry service
·        Blinds and carpeting in each room

For those residents requiring additional care with activities of daily living, Belle Reve has four levels of personalized care. Rates for these services are available upon request.
